I like to have my icons arranged a certain way. This program will allow you to click and your icons on your desktop will be arranged the way you have saved them. Just download this zipped file, unzip it to your My Documents folder and put a shortcut to it on your desktop. If you don't have "Winzip" on your computer you can download it from here.
Taks Arranger below is used to arrange the files you have open in the order you want.
